Westminster Technology Forum
Bringing Technology and
Westminster together
The Westminster Technology Forum brings together the UK’s technology sector and the Westminster political bubble to help improve engagement and knowledge of tech professionals and politicians. The tech sector in the UK is critical for the long term economic and social success of the United Kingdom, building connections between the sector and the politicians that legislate for it is critical if the UK wants to take advantage of new emerging and tried and tested technology.
The Westminster Technology Forum is all about education. Helping politicians understand the needs and challenges of tech and helping tech understand how it can work with politicians in Westminster to provide better opportunities for all.
The forum was founded by political professionals and technology industry leaders to bring people together formally and informally to build better connections between leading professionals and politicians. The forum runs a series of private meeting where industry leaders and influential politicians can discuss the most important issues of the day providing solutions to move forward and a series of receptions building a stronger interlocking network between political and technology professionals.
The forum does not seek to be a lobby for any particular tech company, it’s a forum for shared learning and development. The forum holds events and round tables for professionals and politicians to engage.
